At the Charthouse we aim to provide our customers with an all round enjoyable experience starting from when you arrive 'on board'. We have chosen to return to a nautical theme at the Charthouse to try and capture that exhilarating feeling the majority of us experience when we visit the coast. However, we did not want to just concentrate on seafood but incorporate a wider selection of food to ensure we present you with a well balanced menu.
We hope our food will stimulate your taste buds and encourage you to rediscover traditional flavours from our classical dishes.
We are keen to raise the profile of Welsh food and drink and will always listen to your views and encourage you to comment on the overall experience of your visit. We want to build a reputation for the food we cook and the warmth of our welcome; in reality we are inviting you to appreciate the true taste of good food.
True taste derives from the purity of ingredients, the integrity of our purpose and our experience in preparation and presentation. We want you to enjoy eating our food as much as we enjoy preparing and cooking it for you and we want you to return time and time again to sample the seasonally changing range of food we offer.
Please note that we also cater for private and corporate functions as well as small wedding parties of up to 32 guests.
